Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view over the city. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling tourist area, close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the reception desk were always welcoming, quick to assist with any queries or requests, making us feel at home.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few minor things that could be improved. the pillows in the room were a bit too soft and flat, and the room size felt a tad cramped, especially when trying to find space for our luggage.

Stunning views from 25th floor, steps from subway and Myeong-dong. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Minor lift wait at peak times. Enjoyed the affordable mini bar. exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay again!

The business center was furnished with various office equipment and free high-speed Internet access, promising a memorable stay for both business and pleasure travelers.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of food room service being offered, which would have been convenient during busy workdays.

You guys made my stay pleasant. Solid hotel, the staff were all accommodating and immensely pleasant and the location was fantastic close to subway. The buffet breakfast was delicious, I loved that it offered lots of meals.

Loved my such great stay on business trip. Non-smoking rooms with an excellent view and courteous staff, everything was great. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was amazing. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to The Edge.

We had a fantastic stay at Lotte City Myeongdong. The staff was friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the concierge and even the lady in the Seven 11. The hotel had a great location within walking distance to everything, including bus stations and the subway. We even walked to the tower and made it to the top. The room had a beautiful view and the large bathroom was a plus. the hotel had all the amenities and facilities we needed for a comfortable stay, especially as a family with two small kids.

We felt extremely safe and had no complaints at all.

We loved the prime location of the hotel, a stone's throw away from the stream and the Tourism Information Centre. The staff, especially the night shift staff at the entrance, were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
